Seminar motivasi bersama Tn Haji Hanim; setiap kali seminar Tn Haji yg sorang ni, crowd yg datang memang sangat2 ramai.Tn Haji Hanim ni memang sempoi, sangat2 funny, and yg penting, setiap penyampaian nya memang terkesan dan berkesan, cuma up to the audience nak buat apa lepas tu dgn ilmu yg Tn Haji Hanim ni sampaikan :)
Malam Anugerah SM & SSM; 17 April 2010. InsyaAllah, ujung tahun ni turn saya pulak. Bersama2 dgn Taipan181 ni, membuatkan kita dihargai sentiasa. Upline or side line yg sentiasa membantu, bergerak seiring dan berjaya bersama, dahtu pihak Syarikat pulak tidak lokek untuk menganjurkan aktiviti2 seperti Malam2 Anugerah untuk mendorong warga2 Hai-O terus berusaha dan berjaya dgn Hai-O marketing, satu2nya MLM terunggul dan terhebat! Telah melahirkan ramai usahawan2 bumiputera berjaya.Semua yg berjaya adalah mereka yg biasa2 tetapi berubah menjadi insan2 luarbiasa kerana usaha dan semangat cekal mereka yg terlalu tinggi untuk berjaya dan bebas dari belenggu duit dan masa.Semoga warga2 Taipan181 terus berjaya dan berjaya!
Inilah first downline yg sangat2 aku sayangi. Very supportive, and business-minded too, semestinya. Bukan senang jugak ye nak jumpa spouse yg share the same interest. Biler buat MLM ni, terlalu ramai prospek di luar sana yg berimpian untuk berjaya dgn Taipan181, tetapi halangan yg paling utama adalah spouse mereka yg tidak share interest yg sama. Sedar ataupun tidak, halangan utama kita adalah diri sendiri. When starting a network marketing business it's vital to develop a positive state of mind. The bottom line is that starting any business is not an easy endeavor. There are lots of obstacles ahead of you. There is nothing you can do to stop that. There is, however, something you can control. You can control how you react to these obstacles. The biggest obstacle you will face is yourself and the dialogue you create in your mind. In this article, I want to shed some light on common problems that we all face when we start a network marketing business. I'm not going to regurgitate self help quotes, I just want to give the new person a better explanation of things to come. Hopefully, you will see that the difficulties you encounter are the same for all of us and you will begin to see them as just, "Part of the deal." Here are a few obstacles that make it difficult to maintain a positive attitude.

Fear of failure. The most dreaded of thoughts. This is the number one reason people hesitate to get into network marketing. Fear and failure are really scary alone, but you put them together and they can paralyze anybody.
The truth is: We all experience this feeling. If you have it right now, you are right in there with the rest of us. Right after the excitement of signing up and getting some product wears off, in creeps fear of failure.
You get over whelmed, freaked out, have questions, and don't know what to do next. You are totally normal. Don't think there is some magic kind of person out there that gets into something new and automatically has all the confidence in the world. No such person exists.
The difference is how you react to this feeling. Understand it's ok. Know that it's part of learning. Know that it will diminish as time goes by. This is a great time to read books by successful people. You will find that the most successful people in the world experienced self doubt.
The difference is they said: "To heck with this." And went forward. They messed things up and continued on. No magic. That fear is still there, but it doesn't stop you. You learn from the mistake and move on. Mistakes must happen for you to succeed. If you believed that, wouldn't the fear subside?

Negative people. Oh yes, the energy suckers of the world come out of the wood work when we are setting out on our own. Sadly, many of these people will be people you know. Again, expect this to happen. You will not be the first person who's warm market was a little unreceptive to a life changing network marketing deal.
It makes so much sense to us. Why don't they see it? This thought makes us question our decision. Maybe Uncle Bob and Aunt Sally know something I don't? Many questions flood our brains when people aren't immediately taken by our opportunity.
I want you to know that the vast majority of people you talk to will not get your opportunity. Once again, you are totally normal. You aren't messing up the delivery. It's ok that you don't have all the ingredients memorized. And I'm sure you are in a perfectly good company.
It's natural for us to seek approval, especially from family members. Once again, there is no magic formula. You just move on. Every person in network marketing has had to do the same thing. No need to become frustrated, it's just part of the deal.

Make a decision and focus. Something that can really shake your ability to remain positive is constantly thinking the grass is greener on the other side of the network marketing fence.
Wondering if you are in the best company with the best product and the best compensation plan will completely devastate your attitude. This ties in with fear of failure doesn't it? Again, everybody goes through this. You need to investigate and consider to some degree, but don't suffer from analysis paralysis.
Successful people make a decision and stick to it. It really is impossible to know if you are making the right decision isn't it? It becomes the right decision because you have total faith that it is. Pick a company and focus. If you put all of your mental focus into your company it will turn out to be the right decision.

Goals. Certainly a must. People in network marketing will ask, "What's your why?" When people get started in network marketing it's easy to get caught up in dreaming big.
Dreaming big is great for long term goals, but what's really important is short term goals. If you don't have short term goals you will always be falling short of the long term goal. Sponsoring your first person or selling your first product should equal massive success.
Get excited about the little successes along the way. You are creating something from nothing. Any new activity in your business should be very exciting and motivating. Seeing short term success will keep you in a positive state of mind and lead you to your long term goal.

Educate yourself. There is much to know. It's easy to get over whelmed thinking about how much there is to learn. We have all felt that. Guess what? The people that have been in network marketing for years still think that. Why? Because it's impossible to learn everything.
To stay positve, focus on learning one thing at a time. It's how everybody else got started. Put the over whelmed feelings aside, sit down, and study one thing today. I don't know of any other way to do it.
Successful people in network marketing sat down one day and decided to learn about the business. There was a time they didn't know anything about it. There are 50 million people in the world that had never heard of network marketing at one time.
Set aside time each day and learn about your industry. Every business owner in the world sat down one day and began to learn something. They all wanted to know everything right now. They were all impatient. If you feel this way you are totally normal.

Have a marketing plan. I'm not talking about the compensation plan. I'm talking about figuring out how you are going to market your product and your opportunity.
Person to person has made people millions. If you are someone that loves to meet new people everyday, then this is the way to go. If not, learning how to take your business online will be your option.
There are many courses out there that teach both ways to market. It's going to be worth your time to have a look. Choosing one way and getting really good at it should be your focus. A great product and great company is nice, but it really doesn't matter if people don't know about it.

It's my turning point.
It's my turning point. Betul, saya akui memang bisnes ini adalah satu titik tolak kehidupan saya. Kenapa Taipan181?Kenapa tidak yg lain2? Sejujurnya,saya juga harus akui, sebelum ini memang sudah dalam 5 bisnes yg saya ceburi. Kesemua nya hancuss..sy selidiki, sistem dan nadi penggerak di dlm sesuatu biz adalah punca utama sy gagal. Sistem yg serabut, sistem yg too good to be true.Sistem yg mjayakan org di atas, yg bawah2 mjadi kuli. Sistem yg nak kaya cepat.Manakala nadi penggerak nya pula, adalah upline2 yg jenis suka lepas tgn, kesemua biz yg sy ceburi dulu, sy cuma kenal upline direct sy shj, upline kpd upline sy atau upline di atas2 skali, lgsung tidak pernah diperkenalkan kpd sy. Before join biz, mcm2 la cara dorang nk umpan, biler dh masuk,sy tah ke mana, dorg plak tah kemana..langsung xde nak guide downline. Terkontang kanting sy berniaga ketuk pintu dari 1 flat ke 1 flat yg lain. Sy redah gara2 semangat. Tp akhirnya, buat biz tak sampai sekerat jalan...
Bila diperkenalkan dgn Taipan181, sy tertarik. Pd mulanya, mmg sy dan huby bercadang nk start buat biz,agak bbulan jugak nk carik biz yg sesuai. Tp ngam2 plak member baik perkenalkan biz ni kat ktorg.Walaupun ktorg tak join lagi,tp ktorg selalu gakla pegi attend biztalk dorg,dan selepas beberapa sesi biztalk itu, ktorg tertarik dgn marketing plan nya yg menarik,sistem yg agak bagus,dan keuntungan yg boleh dibuat melalui biz ini, dan akhirnya ktorg pun nekad nk buat biz ni.Mula2 join, ada keraguan, psl member baik tu ckp dlm Taipan181 ni, dorang mementingkan ukhwah,upline2 sentiasa membantu dan follow up dgn downline..etc..pada sy, semua itu adalah pancing semata2..lagi2 bila tgk sendiri kereta2 mewah yg upline2 ni bawak...fuuhh...mmg cair...tp bila dah byk kali attend biztalk dorang kat the mines,hati menjadi sgt2 tertarik bagaimana biz ini mampu menjana ribuan dan puluhan RM setiap bulan..terlalu ramai yg join dan bbrp bulan kemudian, mereka berjaya menjana RM mengikut kemahuan mereka....sungguh, pada sy, biz ini adalah bukan main2...ini adalah sumber pendapatan dan kerjaya bagi sebahagian warga2 taipan181!
Ye..terlalu banyak kekangan dan cabaran bila kita masuk biz MLM ni..terlalu banyak.Halangan drp keluarga, kwn2..sedara mara...masyarakat, walaupun hakikatnya, biz MLM ini adalah salah satu biz yg berjaya melahirkan ramai jutawan dan hartawan, biz ini juga yg ramai melahirkan mat2 dan minah2 jenin..yg mimpinya sampai ke awan..sampai ke bulan. Tapi usahanya sekadar melepaskan batuk di tepi tangga,kaki pulak langsung tak jejak tanah luar rumah..tetapi mengharapkan mimpi2 menjadi realiti pada pagi esoknya,sedangkan mata masih tertutup dan terus bermimpi...kesian..sy kesian sebab terlalu ramai org berimpian dan bercita2..tetapi xramai yg sanggup tinggalkan comfort zone utk mengejar mimpi dan cita2 tersebut. Mimpi tanpa usaha adalah sia2..malangnya, mereka hnaya tahu menyalahkan org lain di atas kegagalan sendiri...
Alhamdulillah...ktorg join bulan April 2010, dah merasa cek pertama RM4k+..ktorg target utk mengembangkan biz ini dan berjaya menjadi CDM (pangkat tertinggi)dalam masa terdekat ini, sekurang2nya pun 2 tahun. Upline2 Taipan181 sgt2 membantu, sentiasa peka terhadap downline2,dan sentiasa membimbing downlibne mahupun rakan kongsi yg lain demi menjayakan biz ini bersama2..dan kami seperti sebuah keluarga yg besar! Sistem yg sgt2 menarik, upline2 yg sgt2 membantu dan supportive, modal yg minimum RM30 dan semaksimum RM5k, adalah antara kekuatan Taipan181.
Sekarang adalah masanya. Sy juga berimpian dan bercita2..dan sy akan pastikan mimpi2 sy bakal terlaksana..menjadi realiti..bkn nya skadar mimpi2 lagi..terlalu byk mimpi yg sy ingin gapai..terlalu banyak...kerana sy tau, segala2 nya tidak mustahil bagi mereka yg betul2 ingin berjaya...Kepada warga Taipan181..sy doakan kita semua berjaya dgn biz ini, walau apa pun tohmahan dan cabaran yg kita tempuh. Always remember, no such thing as easy money..Org yg berjaya adalah org yg tiapkali dia jatuh, dia akan bangun..dan terus bangun...
Sy sudah membuat pilihan tepat untuk sy memulakan perniagaan sy, dan sy sungguh tidak sabar untuk memulakan kehidupan sebagai seorang fulltime bizwoman, halangan utama sy sekarang adalah diri sy sendiri,sama ada sy harus mengambil risiko utk mengorbankan kerjaya sy di private company yg belum tentu menjamin kehidupan sy dan keluarga.Kalau tidak,manakan sudah 4tahun berkhidmat tetapi masih bergaji di takuk yg lama! Bukan tidak bersyukur,tetapi sy amat menyakini biz dan group Taipan181 dan keupayaan sy utk berniaga. Sudah 4 tahun sy luangkan utk kebaikan pihak lain, ini sudah cukup utk sy memulakan empayar perniagaan sy sendiri! Ya,sememangnya sy bergaji kecil,bersih bulanan tolak segala komitmen,bawah RM300.00.Seperti ramai lagi kwn2 dan pembaca di luar sana.Sy tidak mahu membuat apa2 komen tentang itu, kerana sy berhak utk memutuskan kehidupan yg lebih baik utk sy dan keluarga sy. Dan sy tau, yg lain2 pun begitu..Sudahkah anda membuat pilihan anda??

Alhamdulillah...ktorg join bulan April 2010, dah merasa cek pertama RM4k+..ktorg target utk mengembangkan biz ini dan berjaya menjadi CDM (pangkat tertinggi)dalam masa terdekat ini, sekurang2nya pun 2 tahun. Upline2 Taipan181 sgt2 membantu, sentiasa peka terhadap downline2,dan sentiasa membimbing downlibne mahupun rakan kongsi yg lain demi menjayakan biz ini bersama2..dan kami seperti sebuah keluarga yg besar! Sistem yg sgt2 menarik, upline2 yg sgt2 membantu dan supportive, modal yg minimum RM30 dan semaksimum RM5k, adalah antara kekuatan Taipan181.
Sekarang adalah masanya. Sy juga berimpian dan bercita2..dan sy akan pastikan mimpi2 sy bakal terlaksana..menjadi realiti..bkn nya skadar mimpi2 lagi..terlalu byk mimpi yg sy ingin gapai..terlalu banyak...kerana sy tau, segala2 nya tidak mustahil bagi mereka yg betul2 ingin berjaya...Kepada warga Taipan181..sy doakan kita semua berjaya dgn biz ini, walau apa pun tohmahan dan cabaran yg kita tempuh. Always remember, no such thing as easy money..Org yg berjaya adalah org yg tiapkali dia jatuh, dia akan bangun..dan terus bangun...
Sy sudah membuat pilihan tepat untuk sy memulakan perniagaan sy, dan sy sungguh tidak sabar untuk memulakan kehidupan sebagai seorang fulltime bizwoman, halangan utama sy sekarang adalah diri sy sendiri,sama ada sy harus mengambil risiko utk mengorbankan kerjaya sy di private company yg belum tentu menjamin kehidupan sy dan keluarga.Kalau tidak,manakan sudah 4tahun berkhidmat tetapi masih bergaji di takuk yg lama! Bukan tidak bersyukur,tetapi sy amat menyakini biz dan group Taipan181 dan keupayaan sy utk berniaga. Sudah 4 tahun sy luangkan utk kebaikan pihak lain, ini sudah cukup utk sy memulakan empayar perniagaan sy sendiri! Ya,sememangnya sy bergaji kecil,bersih bulanan tolak segala komitmen,bawah RM300.00.Seperti ramai lagi kwn2 dan pembaca di luar sana.Sy tidak mahu membuat apa2 komen tentang itu, kerana sy berhak utk memutuskan kehidupan yg lebih baik utk sy dan keluarga sy. Dan sy tau, yg lain2 pun begitu..Sudahkah anda membuat pilihan anda??
